The hotel was spotless, and a pleasant scent greeted you as you entered. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the staff were helpful and polite. The only downside was that you had to climb stairs to reach the floor, and it was a bit far from the city center if you were walking.

The location was quiet, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the housekeeping didn't clean properly: the bathroom was missing all types of soap, and the shower was slippery.

The building and its modern facilities were clean and new, and the staff were accommodating. The most expensive room I booked, which had a balcony, fell short of expectations because of street car noise; it was uncomfortable to use the balcony with cars passing by constantly. After the first night, the staff let me switch to a regular room. Breakfast was okay, but the food trays were empty on both days and there were no eggs.
