I loved staying at this hostel—its spot is perfect, quiet yet smack in the heart of PDC. Every time I pinged them, they answered within minutes, and I even got a late checkout. Rosie was fantastic and super helpful!

We enjoyed our time at Red Panda hostel: check‑in was smooth, staff on site were friendly, and they were quick to respond on WhatsApp. We got plenty of useful travel tips and a free pass to Cenote Eden, which we reached easily by colectivo bus—great experience. The room was spacious, stylishly decorated, and came with a sink and fridge. The location is ideal, close to the ferry terminal, Quinta Avenida, and the ADO bus terminal. The water cooler was a nice touch. One night, loud party music from a nearby venue kept us up—ear plugs helped. Other nights were fine.
