“The hospitality and comfort were unmatched at the Arcade Hotel.”

We dropped by Fuji in hopes we would see Mount Fuji from the South side. Although our trip was only 1 day, it was very close to some great spots that provided a vibe that was still hip, culturally rich, but also not as hectic as larger metropolitan cities like Tokyo or Osaka. Checkout was seamless and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous, despite our limited Japanese. We will definitely find time to stay here again (and longer)

Friendly, helpful staff and a quick check in. Room was spotless and comfortable, and we slept really well. Great rooftop view, good spot to see Mt Fuji. Good value for the location. Be mindful that there's no lift, so bags need carrying up to the 2nd to 4th floor

“暑い時期だったので、旅行の最後の一泊を、ひたすらのんびり過ごせた”

It was nice that there was no TV, but going out was difficult.
