The staff were flawless, every corner of the hotel was spotless, the facilities were lovely and the setting was very quiet and cozy—no negatives. The only suggestion is that the beautiful, clean pool could use a chill‑water system to make it more enjoyable.

Hotel Boutique Frangipani impresses from the moment you arrive, with a very friendly team that goes above and beyond for guests. The place is well maintained and the staff’s attentiveness stands out; breakfast was wonderful and the room was impeccably arranged. Nothing to complain about—only praise.

Both the room and common areas are great, and the service is flawless; kudos to the staff. On the third day, a moldy smell filled the room, but they moved me to another room right away.
