“was a pleasant place with a pool, we enjoyed our stay, they staff was lovely and they even let us check in early”

We loved the area; it’s a couple of blocks from the beach and there’s plenty to do around. The A/C didn’t work well; it took a long time to cool the hot room.

The spot was perfect. The pool, though small, was cozy and spotless. However, there was no hot water.

I was genuinely disappointed. On arrival it seemed more like a transit hotel. The room was tiny, the bed looked like a mattress with old sheets in a less-than-hygienic state, and there was only one piece of furniture for my stuff. The doors opened too easily, so I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings. I spent about 5 minutes in the room and then left, looking for another place. That same day I requested a refund, explaining I barely used the room. They told me to wait until the next day. I returned the next day hoping for a resolution, but they simply said they wouldn’t refund anything. I understand there might be a charge for the first night, but what struck me as poor service was that after just a few minutes and an immediate report, the reply was basically: “It’s our decision whether to refund you and we chose not to.” Customer service and willingness to resolve problems are key, and here they fell short. I truly recommend finding another option before booking here to save time, money, and a bad experience.

“No son Suites”

The only good thing was that it’s about 3 or 4 blocks from the boardwalk; otherwise nothing. I couldn’t watch TV because they didn’t give me the Roku password and the screen was a tiny 32" mini TV. They didn’t change the sheets or even shake the bed, just laid a cover over it. The room had no nightstand or any place to put things; there was only one stair to the upper floor, and given the building’s length I expected a second stair in the middle. There were no accessible power outlets for charging phones or tablets because they were too high, so the only option was to charge in the bathroom, which I found risky. They didn’t provide a single water bottle upon arrival. The shower was old; water came out in some spots but not others, so I had to struggle to rinse off soap. I can’t share photos because there’s no incentive to take pictures in that room—just shameful to stay at that hotel.
