The highlight of our stay was seeing how convincingly this property presents itself as a four‑star hotel. After 37 years of traveling, I can confidently say we have never experienced a hotel of this poor standard. What was equally impressive was the staff’s response to our complaints. Despite traveling with a baby and being faced with genuinely appalling conditions, our concerns and needs were essentially ignored. It is reassuring to know that customer complaints can be handled with such complete indifference. Thank you, , for the four‑star recommendation and for demonstrating such an impressive level of disregard for your customers. The experience was certainly unforgettable—just not for the reasons one would hope. The hotel did not come anywhere close to the standard expected of a four‑star property. We were due to check in at 2:00 p.m., but arrived later, around 11:00 p.m. The hotel allowed us to check in late, but the room was completely unprepared for our arrival, despite our reservation clearly stating that we were a family of four—two adults, one child and a baby. There were no towels in the room. The following day, we were given just two large towels for four people, with no hand towels or face towels. There were no proper blankets, no basic toiletries, no safe, and not even enough hangers in the wardrobe. Apparently, these must be considered optional extras in this particular “four‑star” experience. The condition of the room and bathroom was extremely poor. There was rust and mould, the water in the bathroom did not drain properly, and the sink tap was broken and loose. There was no hot water, the shower door did not close properly, and the toilet seat was already cracked when we arrived. Unfortunately, our child damaged it further, and although we reported the problem, it took until the fourth day of our stay for it to be repaired. Despite reporting these problems, we were never offered a better room or relocation. For a family traveling with a baby, the lack of any meaningful response from management was particularly disappointing. The dining area was another experience altogether. Guests had to wait for their turn to enter, which felt more like queuing in an overcrowded institution than staying at a four‑star hotel. The dishes were dirty, the furniture was visibly worn and dirty, and some of the dining chairs were broken.

No comment! Nothing. We didn’t like anything at all. Extremely dirty, unacceptable, absolute catastrophe. The fact that such a thing is even offered is an insult.

“Je n’ai pas aimé .”

I just liked the tea. Our room was not clean at all. There wasn’t even water to take a shower. They didn’t clean our room even though we had asked. They didn’t check the rooms for toilet paper, water, etc.
