Tout était parfait ! Emplacement au TOP ! L’hôtel très propre, chambres et lits confortables. Petit déjeuner délicieux. Bar agréable. Nous reviendrons

Location was ok for the purpose of the trip. Room requested was a extra large double and we were placed in a twin room with 2 single beds. Under the beds was not cleaned with left over food and water bottles. Staff moved us after we were originally told they were fully booked

The staff were great, extremely kind and considerate, truly welcoming. However, there was no quality control on rooms and fixing issues. The room cost several hundred dollars a night, so these problems were disappointing for a nice hotel. I sent them the same list via the app. Copy and paste below: >Small gnats and a swampy smell come out of the shower drain. Not all the time, but periodically wafts through. Disgusting!!! >The sink in the bathroom (near toilet) does not work!! Luckily I have 2 more. But that is lazy maintenance. Didn’t you clean it before I arrived and noticed the water doesn’t flow out of the spigot?!?! >The floorboards have weak spots and are warped in places. Pinches your socks. Especially between bed and wall‑mounted TV >I tried twice to run a hot bath but the water barely flows and the water was lukewarm at best. What’s the point of having it if you can’t use it. Extra: Please get a microwave so I can heat my water for tea, without having to water through the coffee machine. The water came out brown the first time I used it. Didn’t know if it was rust/dust or old coffee remnants.

The spa and gym facilities were luxurious but they are standalone, so not enough to stay here again. The rooms were quite run down, no lunch or dinner was offered, the staff were nice enough but everything I encountered was awkward.
