The spot’s location is solid, but there’s no Smart TV in the room.

Breakfast was good and located on the same premises. All was fine.

At check‑in I was asked to pay 500 baht as a security deposit for possible damages; no damages occurred, but they claimed they had no record. The hotel I was given a standard room in a separate building from the main hotel, which isn’t mentioned on the website, and the older, separate building next door is also not referenced.
