The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bathroom was clean and the location was good. The room was dirty and grimy, it felt like you shouldn't touch anything. Walls and floor were stuck to dirt. The pillowcase had many hairs and dirty spots that looked like someone had stepped on it with a boot, so I'm not sure if the bedding was changed at all. The bed was totally unsuitable for two people – cramped and uncomfortable. The corridors were stuffy and stinky.

I loved the location, especially being right outside a bus stop so getting to the Fringe festival was easy; the building and facilities are simple but perfect for just going out and having fun in the city. The room wasn't particularly clean, but we didn't stay long there. The bed was small and we were exhausted.

It was a suitable spot for a few days and the staff were incredibly lovely. The biggest issue was the hallway smell, like a locker room, which made me gag the first time I was there – probably poor ventilation. Thin walls let me hear a Spanish couple next to me arguing about her mother, and I didn't appreciate being woken by their fight.
