“Problèmes avec la salle de bain commune”
The staff were friendly, the room was huge, and the sheets were clean. For the first two days we had no hot water at all. The boiler was replaced, but the installer didn’t check that it worked. From the third day onward we finally got hot water. The shared bathroom (only one, with a toilet, for a three‑room place that can host up to eight people) was in an unacceptable state – the shower head was broken and it was dirty. Maintenance work is clearly needed.
