The décor is fantastic, the staff are very friendly, and everything works smoothly. The only thing I’d suggest is adding TV channels; the current setup only offers YouTube or NET streaming.

The hotel sits in a very convenient spot in the old quarter, and the team provides good service. However, the room photos we received were misleading; the actual room was smaller, the bathroom was smaller, and overall it was much more basic than depicted.

“Beautiful”

Anna is the best! The people are wonderful. The place is very historic, full of Vietnamese cultural and historical touches.

“Photo's do not represent this property at all”

The location, we picked it as we have stayed in this street many times. The photo's did not represent the reality and I have no idea how they get a rating above 9. We did not stay, our friends checked in the day before and expressed their disappointment and got a refund. They mentioned we wouldn't be staying either and the hotel immediately charged my card in full. It was a battle to get a refund and a really horrible start to our trip. We had booked a Junior Suite, it was horrible , dark and dingy. Rosie was very rude and initially refused to refund the full amount. When I suggested I was going to post authentic pictures from the room she obliged. Then she tried to tell us she would have to cover our accommodation costs. I don't believe this was true and if so another big reason not to stay here
