They offered tea and coffee, but no breakfast; the food itself was very good. The accommodation was very basic but acceptable, and the location was very quiet with onsite parking. The hotel itself needs an update—it’s quite old. The owners are accommodating, helpful, and pleasant, but the rooms and beds require an upgrade.

The hotel sits in a cozy country town, and the room was spotless with a comfy bed. The bathroom, while simple, stayed clean and tidy. The meals were tasty, the beer chilled, and the company enjoyable; Tony and Annie were the friendliest hosts around. Overall, a genuinely pleasant stay.

The place was dead quiet, which I really appreciated after a noisy day in the city. Unfortunately the room felt tiny and the walls didn’t give much privacy, so it was hard to relax fully. All in all, a peaceful spot but the cramped space left me wishing for a bit more room.

Loved the open fire, the friendly publicans, and the lively evening vibe – the meals were solid too. On the flip side, the room was freezing, the pillows were terrible, and the bed never felt comfortable. To make matters worse, there was only a shower, no bathtub, which was a let‑down after a long day.

Everything you need is right there – the location is spot‑on and all the facilities are within easy reach. I didn’t run into any problems, so it was a smooth, hassle‑free stay.
