It was a great holiday! Simo, the host, was very attentive to our wishes, and the place was cozy.

I spent two days at this place and was fully satisfied; the owners were very kind and helpful for any need, and their BnB was nice, clean, and convenient for walking around Pescara. I recommend booking the parking spot at the property (another very handy service of the BnB), because parking spots are scarce in the area. If I return to Pescara, I’ll book here again.

We were warmly welcomed and could safely park our bikes in a garage. In the room we especially liked the comfortable bed. Everything was clean, and the breakfast room was pleasant, offering two comfortable armchairs for evening reading. The location is perfect, as the two very different districts on either side of the river and the beaches are easily reachable on foot.

The location is great and the train station is fantastic!

The spot is really good, close to the beach, and you can find restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The hosts were welcoming and gave us useful tips on what to do in town. The rooms are set up in classic Italian style, and the building has an atmosphere you can't find at another hotel. Thanks to the hosts, it was a superb stay and we hope to return.
