“WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!”
Absolutely nothing! Not only were they not prepared for our arrival, and disappointed because they couldn't accommodate the manager's friends who had booked the place the same night, they were unwelcoming and rude. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! I will list down one of the worst experience ever as below. 1. Negligence - The staff was not informed of our arrival even after making a confirmed reservation through booking. We made the booking the day prior to our arrival and someone messaged us through the site to get particulars of our arrival only to be ignored and treated as a nuisance upon our physical arrival. I assume the manager had an issue with us from beginning because he could not accommodate his friends due to our arrival 2. We had booked four rooms which were advertised as air conditioned and attached bathrooms, upon our arrival only we learned that only 3 rooms had ACs and even one of them was not working. Then the staff tried to repair the AC when we were there which resulted in the power of the whole property running out a couple times. I was trying to have a nap after a long drive but no! The power kept going off and I had to give up my nap. Even after their struggle we did not have AC in that room until later in that night. 4. Bathrooms were UNCLEAN to say the least and were not cleaned even upon request. 5. Where was our privacy???? - Because the experience was getting worse by the minute we decided to leave and come back late at night after having dinner from the dickewella town. We were sure the food would also disappoint us so did not want to take a chance. We were glad we did so after we read google reviews upon how they charges others unfairly. upon our return at night the nightmare continued. Outside the gate , there were 4 three wheelers parked and there was a party going on outside the gate which is right outside the villa. And the gatekeeper once again was no where to be seen so we opened our own gate and went in. And then to make matters worse the staff was blasting music on a Bluetooth speaker at the back of the villa and did not have the decency or the brains to stop it even after they perfectly knew we had arrived
