The hotel sits in a great spot and the staff were super friendly, making the stay a real pleasure.

The location is spot‑on and the price is spot‑on for a one‑ or two‑night stay, but I’d love to see better upkeep—cleanliness and finishes need improvement.

The staff were very welcoming and the central spot is great; the room was comfy and offered good value, yet the breakfast and bar area could use more tidiness—tables were sticky and the fridge with milk and yoghurt wasn’t cleaned properly.

The interior looked lovely and the staff were exceptionally good, but overall cleanliness was only average; the bathroom needed a deep clean and the drinking areas near the bar were not kept clean—over eight days I didn’t see anyone use a damp or wet cloth.
