The location, peace, and silence were great, but the elevator didn’t work, the room’s climate control was broken, towels were missing, and the bathroom products were low quality.

The restaurant offered good service, the location is convenient for exploring downtown Puebla, and the staff were friendly; if you like retro vibes, you can feel like it’s the past here. However, the parking is problematic, cramped, and very dirty; the bathroom causes water to splash back when using the shower head; the pool is definitely nonfunctional, located in another empty building with insufficient equipment; the bar didn’t open at 3 PM as promised but at 4 PM, which wasn’t a major issue but it did affect us.
