El.entorno ,las instalaciones (suites)maravillosas .y el personal extraordinario :Sara ,que se encargaba de nuestra suite un ser de luz increíble,atenta,simpática.luisa en piscina ,Ernesto de mantenimiento que nos resolvió un problema en nada y menos ,el personal del buffet simpatiquísimos,,en recepción un chico argentino nos lo hizo todo muy fácil .marta del bar en la piscina de las suites .Sandra en el spa .TODO el personal de 10 Repetiremos sin duda .tranquilidad ,calma y disfrute 3 en 1.recomendable 100%. Por decir algo ,en el bufet (desayuno)mi pareja encontró a faltar bolleria con chocolate ,y los postres podrían ser más variados .por lo demás ,excelente la comida

The staff was wonderful, especially Vanesa who kept our room in perfect condition, treated us professionally, and was a pleasure to meet; we hope to see her again. Nothing unfavorable to add.

“Muy agradable”

We stayed in the romantic suite and especially appreciated Vanesa’s work, which made our stay much more pleasant; she was friendly and kind, and on the days she cleaned the room she left a towel‑made figure and a vase of flowers—a truly great worker. We also thank Noemí at reception for her friendliness and Marta at the pool bar who always had a smile. The buffet was disappointing: the pasta was just boiled, not gratinated or with tomato flavor; the pizzas had only tomato and cheese; there were only grilled meat and fish options, and if you didn’t like them that was all; the soup was always the same even when renamed, with no sautéed or vegetable or meat/fish additions.
