I had said I would arrive between 18h30 and 19h30. After a long day (29 °C and 8 h of driving) I got there at 18h25, just five minutes before the expected time, rang the bell, but there was no answer and no one was there. The owner was gone shopping; I waited almost 30 minutes on the sidewalk. The bed was a sofa‑bed that wasn’t very comfortable. The owners seemed friendly, but the welcome left me cold; no water or refreshment was offered, and there was no excuse—disappointing.
