I was utterly disappointed with the service I received upon arrival. They failed to provide me with the room I had booked, instead taking me to another hotel where I found the facilities in a deplorable state - there was no toilet paper, and the flush wasn't even working. The whole experience was a nightmare.

While this hotel is budget-friendly and suitable for a short stay, I wouldn't recommend it to solo female travelers due to its poor location. My room was subpar, with a missing TV, dirty floor, and a bed that was touching a dirty wall. The toilet was also in a state of disrepair, and the hot water didn't work. To make matters worse, the breakfast was late, and the surrounding area was quite shabby.

I had a disappointing experience with my recent booking. Despite confirming my reservation, I was informed at check-in that the hotel was fully booked. This lack of communication and follow-through left a bad taste in my mouth, especially considering the initial confirmation. The inconvenience and confusion caused by this mix-up made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

I had a great experience at this hotel, with everything exceeding my expectations. The room, breakfast, facilities, and location were all top-notch, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel's drop-off service to the nearby business district was also a highlight.
