The location was handy; the owner gave great instructions and was on hand if needed; the room was clean and comfortable. Blinds let in a little bit of light – but nothing major for this time of year.

It was a wonderful stay, really enjoyed it. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom super clean and modern, same for the kitchen. Easy access to the rest of Middlebrough even just by walking and Mr Raymond was very attentive to his guests. 10/10 stay, really just amazing 👏

The place was spotless, the owner was incredibly helpful, and the bed was super comfy.

Everything was absolutely perfect, the bed was so comfortable, highly recommended – just need more towels next time ;)
