I’m having trouble answering. The hotel is very far from the pier and the beach; it’s better to pay more for a place closer to the sea. The two staff members give a terrible first impression—they work at the reception, clean the bungalows, and cook breakfast, yet one of them doesn’t understand English. The pool is in awful condition. Check‑in was extremely slow: we arrived at 17:00 but rooms weren’t ready after registration. Those two started cleaning our rooms while we waited; we were six people and it felt like no one else was there. For breakfast, we arrived at the scheduled time but it wasn’t ready; a staff member with bare feet and a messy appearance started cooking, and we had to wait. Knowing the breakfast would be just two eggs and two slices of bread, we might as well have gone to a café on the way to the beach. We asked for sugar for tea; the staff left to fetch it, waited about 10 minutes, then returned saying there was none. Overall, staying here will ruin your holiday.

I enjoyed hiking to the viewpoint with my dog. The sheets were comfortable, the AC worked well, and the workers were always available. They even supplied fresh water bottles after two days. The hot water didn’t work initially, so it had to be fixed, and the tap was leaking. A small fridge in each room would also improve comfort.

The air conditioning was good, it felt more traditional, and it’s ideal for backpackers with good value. The room had no fridge, the shower sprayed everywhere, and the wooden floor felt insecure.

Absolutely NOTHING. ⚠️ SAFETY CONCERNS – READ BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️ I want to share my experience at this property to help future guests make an informed decision. SAFETY ISSUE 🐒 Upon arriving at our room, we were immediately confronted by wild monkeys. This was not a distant sighting — the animals were directly at our room and posed a real safety risk. This was never mentioned anywhere on the listing, and no warning or guidance was provided by staff. If you are travelling with children or have any concerns about wildlife, please be aware of this before booking. ROOM CONDITION The room looked nothing like the photos . The actual condition was significantly below what was advertised — the images on the listing are misleading and do not reflect reality. CUSTOMER SERVICE When we raised these issues and requested a cancellation and refund, our concerns were not adequately addressed. I have reported both the safety issue and the misrepresentation to formally. I would strongly recommend future guests to review carefully before booking this property. Safety should always come first, and guests deserve accurate information about where they are staying. – A guest who wants others to be informed
