The gym, whirlpool, and pool were good, and the view of Mount Royal was lovely, yet the restaurant felt overpriced and average; I feel the hotel barely qualifies as 4‑star, not worth the money, and the decor seemed tired, neither modern nor classically elegant.

The hotel is very well located, and parking in the hotel garage (pay‑per‑use) ran smoothly; the room was spacious and met my expectations, with nothing relevant to note as a downside.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, the bedding comfortable, and the soundproofing was good; breakfast was quality but the service was a bit slow and strictly à la carte, and the room was dark because only two small windows that couldn’t even be opened faced buildings.
