Casa cu Cerb is situated in one of Sighisoara's oldest buildings, featuring a striking mural of a stag on its facade. This historic hotel is 110 meters from the Clock Tower and 100 meters from Museum Square. Rooms on the 2nd floor or attic level offer free WiFi, satellite TV, and private bathrooms, with wooden floors adding a touch of charm. Private parking is available nearby for a fee.

Normally there’s nothing to nitpick here. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, the storage is perfect, breakfast is very good and extensive, and the staff are friendly. However, the rooms shouldn’t have been rented during that period, which explains the poor rating. The market square was reserved for a commercial shoot for two days, with filming starting at 8 pm from the window we could see. At midnight the scene with 50 (!) extras playing with bells was shot, repeating regularly until 3 am. The next day the same happened, only then the set was dismantled. Sleep was impossible on both nights. The operators seemed indifferent, offering no apology. Very disappointing.

The location felt like a privilege to stay in such a beautiful old building in the historic center at a reasonable price. We were offered a parking spot in the center. The only drawback was that there was only one armchair in a double room.

The location is unbeatable. The building is beautifully decorated, the view and the room are lovely, and the breakfast was delicious.
