The hotel’s close to the beach, has a pool, and offers a restaurant service. At check‑in we were asked to pay an extra fee for the baby—something not mentioned in the booking description—even though we’d already paid for the infant. The baby’s feeding area costs money, but it’s not equipped for babies under one year or for breastfeeding. In the room we were given there was no space for a changing table or a stroller.

Breakfast and food were pretty good, and the location of the property is excellent. It wasn’t mentioned in the booking that the all‑inclusive stay didn’t include beach towels, and the beach loungers and umbrellas start from the 4th row onward, very close to each other. I suggest not presenting the place as a village but simply as a hotel with a pool and right on the beach.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the entertainment was unobtrusive, the beach was wonderful, the overall property was well maintained, and the buffet food was excellent. The pool was nice and having one for kids was useful. Unfortunately the room had several issues (ants, a toilet with a constantly breaking drain, a sewage smell from the drain). The system was a bit complicated (a card for electricity that doesn’t open the room door, which opens with a key, then another card to pay at the bar, loaded with cash or card, but if you load with card you don’t get the remaining balance back at checkout). There was an extra fee for children for the baby‑changing area, which was totally useless for us, and for the entertainment, which is usually included in the price.
