Steps from Via dell’Indipendenza, 500 m from Quadrilatero, and 6 min to Piazza Maggiore, it offers easy access to MAMbo, San Michele in Bosco, and the airport.

The location is very central with small cafés and restaurants nearby. The room is large with high ceilings, very rustic and Italian.

The place sits in a great spot, right in the middle of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Parking is available in a larger garage (VIII Agosto) just a short walk from the edge of the ZTL. Check‑in worked smoothly because it was handled directly by the host, which was very convenient. The balcony is narrow but perfect for spending a few evenings outside. We brought an extra guest and the host was very friendly and hassle‑free about it. The beds and towels were clean. However, the overall cleanliness of the flat—especially the floor and kitchen—felt subpar for the price, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
