The hotel was good; the best parts were the cleanliness, the reception staff, and the varied, tasty breakfast. The service was poor, and the pool wasn’t clean, so we didn’t use it.

“Try the Baity”

The value for money was top; the staff were amazing, the room was huge and spotless. Breakfast was excellent, and I’ll use it every time I visit Aqaba if it’s available. I can’t praise the staff enough—they were friendly, helpful, and chatty. The restaurant manager makes the best latte ever. Mo the bartender was exceptionally friendly, informative, and helpful, as was every other staff member I met. If you don’t want to pay outrageous prices at brand‑name hotels, try Baity… You won’t be disappointed. Cleanliness, breakfast, and amazing staff.

Everything was clean, tidy, and brand new. The view from the window was breathtaking. The breakfast the next day was very sparse; there was nothing to eat.
