Palazzo Goyze in Naples offers a central location, 6 km from Naples International Airport. The recently renovated hotel features air-conditioned rooms with city views, private bathrooms, and balconies. Guests enjoy free WiFi, express check-in, and a tour desk. A hearty Italian breakfast with local specialties is served daily. The hotel is close to Naples National Archeological Museum and San Gregorio Armeno.

Everything was excellent: the location is perfect for exploring Naples, the nearby bakery offers a wonderful Neapolitan breakfast each morning, and the facilities are very modern and clean. Arianna was fantastic at recommending the best restaurants and activities, and she responded quickly to any requests.

The location in the heart of Naples is great, and the breakfast at a beautiful pastry shop is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was tiny, and the desk was quite uncomfortable for working.

The personal service is excellent, with full availability via phone. The location is unbeatable. However, Booking doesn’t clearly state the type of accommodation—it’s not a typical hotel, there’s no cafeteria, no in‑hotel breakfast, and no reception desk. Check‑in is done in person, but all other communication is via WhatsApp. For breakfast, you receive tickets to a pastry shop on Piazza Dante, a tiny shop with literally four tables, making it almost impossible to sit down. The main issue for me is that Booking isn’t clear about the nature of the hotel.

- Ho trovato la posizione della struttura molto comoda: è vicina a piazza Dante (la linea 1 della metro collega piazza Dante con la stazione centrale, pratico per chi arriva in treno). - La nostra camera era ben esposta e illuminata, arredata in modo moderno e funzionale (c’è comunque da dire che la struttura ricettiva, moderna, si trova all’interno di un palazzo storico che avrebbe bisogno di qualche ulteriore manutenzione). - Alla reception non c’è una presenza fisica h24, ma l’host (in questo caso Arianna), è sempre stata propositiva e disponibile, tramite WhatsApp, per qualsiasi richiesta. - La colazione, inclusa nella nostra prenotazione, non era disponibile in struttura ma in una pasticceria poco lontano, la quale, ovviamente, propone soltanto dolci
