The location is near the City Center Deira Mall. The facilities are clean and the staff are customer‑friendly. However, because the hotel is under maintenance, the connecting corridor on the second floor was not working, which was the biggest drawback. I hope they finish the maintenance quickly. In the meantime, it would be better to allow the Carrefour carts to reach our room, and to add more dish options to breakfast.

The hotel is super close to the mall (there's a direct passage, though it's under renovation), which made last‑day shopping easy. The bed felt a bit firm but acceptable, and the latex pillow was hard enough that one was enough for a good night’s sleep. The renovation might have left a slight odor, and I was surprised there was no shower door—wouldn't that cause the whole bathroom to get wet?
