“We were glad to leave”
The hotel looked good from the outside, parking was easy, beds were comfortable, the TV was modern and worked well, but the staff were unwelcoming, the plastic tablecloths in the dining room were dirty, the lighting in the room was poor, the food quality, especially in the evenings, was bad, hot breakfasts were okay but cold options were terrible, and no one was at reception when I checked out; the couple running the hotel were not trained to greet guests.
“Beautiful property! Great, friendly staff.”
The staff were great and super nice, and the property outside the city was beautiful, which I really liked.
“Rooms excellent, furniture tired food offering average.”
Size of rooms and comfy bed, size of ensuite. Stained and worn carpets
“Not beggars reach beggars belief”
The spot was good, but everything else was awful—no staff at reception, toilets wouldn’t flush, we ate out because the food was bad, no housekeeping for four days, no outside lights, and the room was on a top step far from the main building.
“Very good”
Cleanliness and service. Vegetable spring rolls
