Great location, and I didn’t find anything I didn’t like about the property.

“Basic & convenient”

The MRT station and a 7‑Eleven are nearby, and cafés & restaurants are within walking distance, but the switch for the overhead rainfall shower head didn’t work properly, so I was occasionally surprised by cold water from above; with two people and suitcases, the space would feel quite tight.

“Very basic”

The location was great, close to transport and landmarks, and the room had a water filter so I didn't have to buy bottled water. It was clean and had basic amenities. I asked for adjoining rooms because we had two kids, but they were at capacity and we weren't offered any at check‑in, which felt like poor customer service. The staff didn't try to fix it. The AC was extremely noisy at night, sounding like an ice machine dropping cubes every half hour, and it woke me up several times. When I told the staff in the morning they apologized but offered no compensation. We had just come back from excellent service in Bangkok, so for a budget hotel I expected better customer care, not a “take it or leave it” attitude.
