I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, particularly appreciating its proximity to the City of Hope, which was a major convenience for me. The location really made my trip easier.

My experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, I enjoyed the great breakfast and the excellent pool and hot tub facilities. However, I was somewhat let down by the service, which I found to be quite rude and inattentive at times. To make matters worse, I encountered issues with my room, including broken furniture and unmet requests for extra amenities, which felt disappointing given the price I paid.

I was pleased with my stay, mainly because the hotel is conveniently located near my business destination, and I also found the price and overall rating to be satisfactory. However, I did notice that the air conditioning unit in my room was quite dusty, which was a bit of a letdown.
