The owner was really attentive and went out of her way to help, which made a big difference. Everything else was fine, and I’d definitely consider coming back.

I booked a room but when I showed up nobody seemed to know anything about my reservation, and I was left waiting with no assistance. It was frustrating not to be attended to at all.
