The location in the city was pretty, it was easy to reach and parking was fine. The room was supposedly smoke‑free but it still smelled strongly of cigarettes, which was really awful. On Sunday evening when I tried to enter the hotel, everything was locked and I couldn’t get in; the emergency numbers weren’t answered. I had to force open the sliding doors to get in, and after half an hour I finally got a call back. That was all a bit strange. The coffee at breakfast wasn’t drinkable, but I guess I’m a bit spoiled.

The staff were great. The receptionist was very nice and attentive—10! The bikes could be parked in the garage. The air‑conditioning didn’t work, it was hot and that was really a loss; it was too warm to sleep. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work. The breakfast was more than mediocre! Price‑quality does not match at all.

The hotel was really nice and close to the center. The rooms were comfortable and the wellness area relaxing.
