The shower temperature fluctuated, getting hot or cold without touching the tap. The bathtub was supposed to be 38 °C but was actually scorching hot. A mysterious plastic bag was found inside the snow view balcony. When I called the front desk to turn off the panel light, they told me to do it myself, so I waited about five minutes but it stayed on, and the line stayed on with constant noise.
