Signing in and out was a breeze, and the shuttle service was great. The staff were pleasant.

“The property was dirty, the room was uncomfortable, and the missing AC controls made for a hot, sleepless night that we”

The spot was practically next to the airport, which was perfect for our early flight. But the place was filthy from the parking lot all the way into our room; the hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a month. Our room itself was dingy, with floors so dirty we couldn’t walk barefoot, and the bathroom, while seemingly clean, had a shower ceiling that seemed like it could collapse. The sheets were clean, yet the mattress was hard and the pillows flat. No AC knobs meant we stayed hot and uncomfortable all night, barely sleeping and eager to leave. I didn’t even bother to take photos because I just wanted it over.

“never will stay here again”

The TV offered a solid selection of channels. However, the online pictures were nothing like the actual hotel, which looks very rundown and could use a cleaner touch. We also found multiple bugs in our room, including spiders and cockroaches.

I spotted some gross fecal matter on the wall near the toilet paper holder. Breakfast was minimal and mostly sugary. Plain yogurt would be better and non‑sweet cereals.

La habitación es muy cómoda, la ubicación es buena para el aeropuerto. El desayuno incluido es un desastre, solo pan y cereal, los platos estaban rotos en los bordes y son tan delgados que se doblan con el peso del pan.
