Thank you both to the reception staff for their friendliness and hospitality! They let me check in at 9:00 am even though the official check‑in time was 14:00. I’m very grateful for their understanding, help, and excellent attitude. Dear management, please consider installing hygienic showers next to the toilets. Using only toilet paper is inconvenient for many guests who are used to water hygiene. This small improvement would increase comfort and hygiene for hotel guests. Thank you for your understanding!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was neat and clean. The location is easy to reach. I’ll definitely book again for my next visit to the city.

The reception was awful and the organization was catastrophic! When we arrived, they tried to give us a room with a single bed instead of the double we had booked, claiming the error was ours. After showing my confirmation email, the staff admitted the mistake but told us the hotel was full. Only after insisting did they finally assign us a room with three beds. The next day at 10 h, a man aggressively knocked on our door, jolting us awake, and told us to leave the room within 15 minutes because of alleged work, even though our departure was scheduled for 10 h 45! The hotel is poorly managed, seems to practice overbooking, and allows its staff to pressure two sleeping women to leave. Unacceptable, disrespectful, and absolutely unprofessional behavior. Run away!

The hotel’s location is good. I had to bring my own towel because they don’t offer towels.

Good value for money. There is no TV and no common kitchenette as advertised.
