The shower pressure was good and the towels were large and pleasant. The photos made the property look lush and well‑maintained, but in reality it was quite neglected, with a deteriorated façade and dirty outdoor areas. The tables and chairs for guests were dirty. Over five nights, the room was never cleaned; we didn’t ask for daily linen changes, but a basic tidy‑up would have been expected. The location isn’t very quiet – a busy provincial road runs right in front, and the traffic noise is audible even at night. The Wi‑Fi, listed as a service, worked poorly, and mobile reception was weak. The pool shown in the photos and listed as a facility actually belongs to another estate about 1.5 km away; we were only told this the day before arrival, and that detail should have been clear in the listing. Breakfast, which was included, was disappointing: a coffee or cappuccino, water, and a slice of cake served at a set time. We didn’t expect a buffet, but the breakfast format and contents should be specified in the ad, especially for those with allergies or dietary needs. The shared kitchen was available but poorly equipped. In short, it’s not about luxury, but about a better match between the listing and the actual experience.
