“It was a place to stay when I needed it, due to family being in the hospital.”
The staff were friendly, and the hotel was conveniently located just off the highway. However, the parking lot and overall property felt very run‑down, the hallways had a musty smell, and the room itself was dated with stained, dirty walls, grime on the grout and bathroom corners, and a stained ceiling. The blow dryer was barely functional. After I had to re‑check in because of a family emergency, I was placed in the same room, but the bathroom wasn’t restocked—no towels, washcloths, or soaps. Only the dirty items were removed. Breakfast was advertised but turned out to be just a coffee pot in the lobby, and the parking lot sign even listed breakfast. I could hear other guests in nearby rooms all night.

Location. The dead bolt was broken, so safety was an issue. The phone didn’t not work. We paid for the whirlpool tub and the jets were broken. I told the front desk employee and pretty much got a blank stare from them. The cleanliness of the place had a lot to be desired

There was nothing positive; it was horrible and gross. I didn’t stay, yet I still had to pay. I ended up at another hotel and was charged $252, then handed in the keys at 6 pm, so the motel probably rented those rooms again. Vagrants were hanging out in the parking lot, garbage was everywhere, the curtains were hanging off the walls, the room was dirty, and I had nightmares about staying there—felt like someone might smash my car windows and steal everything.
