The place itself was pretty nice, but the service was a bit lacking. The staff didn't seem to care about helping us until we were about to leave. It was a shame, because the room was clean and comfortable.

I really liked everything about this hotel - the staff, the rooms, the food, everything was just perfect. I have no complaints whatsoever.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness and hygiene were a major letdown. The rooms were dirty and the bathrooms were gross. It's a shame, because the staff were really trying to make up for it.

Unfortunately, the hotel's location and atmosphere just didn't do it for me. It was a bit too far from the city center and the decor was a bit bland. I was expecting more from a place that's supposed to be a gem.
