“Very clean, respectful guests, not a lot of flexibility in terms of luggage storage, thin walls”

It was exceptionally clean, but while overall quiet, other guests were quite respectful and quiet. The walls are paper‑thin, so you can hear everything in the other rooms.

Everything was perfect; we couldn’t have hoped for better! The welcome, the strategic location, the modern and functional room, and the fully equipped kitchen made us feel like family. There was nothing to report.

“Wonderful stay with even more wonderful hosts!”

We stayed with Paolo and Daniella, and it was fantastic. The room and bathroom were exactly what we needed—spotlessly clean, comfy, and well kept. The spot was great, full of cute cafés, restaurants, and shops. The highlight was definitely hanging out with Paolo and Daniella; they’re warm, friendly, and made the visit even more special. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts and would love to come back.

The location is excellent, a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafés, far enough from the center to feel like a non‑touristy Rome, yet close to public transport a few steps away. The apartment is comfortable and gives the vibe of a hotel, offering great value for Rome. The downside is the lack of internal sound insulation; you have to be lucky not to have a noisy neighbor in the adjacent room.
