The description of the property was completely unrealistic, the private parking promised in the listing didn’t exist and we had to pay for it far from the hotel, and the prices were far too high for what the place actually offers.

The location and cleanliness were good. The room was quite small and the mattress was uncomfortable.

It was helpful to have a place to eat, cook, wash up, and a large fridge for tea/coffee, and the supermarket was very close. There was no information on how to check into the room. Fortunately another guest arrived and managed to contact the owner, who was out on a boat. I received some details at midnight, but we got there at 2 pm. The building access wasn’t as described and we didn’t get the lock‑box code for the key. Also, the breakfast instructions in the room were wrong and need updating.

The interiors were pretty. The location was good. The lack of pre‑arrival information was an issue; we arrived at a closed gate and had to make three specific phone calls to resolve the entrance problems.
