Everything was perfect. The only thing that bothered me was the location and the staff.

The staff were friendly, the scenery was beautiful, and the facilities—especially the outdoor and indoor swimming pools—were great. I just don’t understand why the check‑in time details I received from booking.dk differ from what the hotel actually says.
