The building was beautiful and spotless, the staff were incredibly cordial, and it was in a very central spot, absolutely fantastic.

The location was good, but the fridge stopped working, the terrace didn’t match the photos at all (missing umbrellas and one was all crooked), the bathroom mirror lacked light, and the toilet seat was broken.

It’s in the city centre, easy to walk and use public transport. Many nearby restaurants, generally no bad ones. The room was spacious, impeccably clean and comfortable. I never met the staff in person, but the reply to my inquiry email was quick and accurate, so I felt at ease. The weak water pressure and the roughness of the towels were noticeable.
