Hotel Kinda sits front of a public beach in Castiglione della Pescaia, just a five‑minute stroll from the historic town center. Each room features a balcony, classic furnishings, air conditioning, and a 22‑inch TV with Italian digital channels. Free parking and lobby Wi‑Fi enhance convenience, while Grosseto and the Tuscan Maremma countryside lie a 20‑minute drive away.

The staff were very kind, polite, and helpful! The breakfast was FANTASTIC. It’s very close to the sea and the center of Castiglione della Pescaia. The only downside is the lack of a fridge in the room, which I think would be especially useful during the summer.

The room was spacious, quiet, clean, and user‑friendly. The staff were very professional and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and good every day. The public beach is just across the street from the hotel, easy to reach (free beach or paid umbrellas/sunbeds available). Castiglione’s city center is a short 5‑minute walk and offers a pleasant variety of restaurants and bars.

The breakfast was a real highlight, offering a wide range of high‑quality sweet and savory options, and the staff were very friendly. The location lets you leave your car at the hotel and walk to the city center without worry, and it’s also near many equipped beach bars. I would have liked the room to be a bit cheaper for mid‑September, and it would be handy to have clips to hang towels or swimsuits on the balcony wires, plus a welcome kit that includes shampoo and body wash.
