Clean facility, modern and tidy. The dryer in the laundry room wasn’t connected, so I wasted money trying to dry, and the washer was terribly loud.

The location is great for walking out and enjoying many different amenities.

The staff were very nice, but the facility felt a little old.

Good location. Close to Columbia University. That is the main reason I booked this place. 2big issues for the bed. One side of the bed was blocked by the AC unit. I had to climb from the end of the bed. Also, the bed was extremely soft!!! I was extremely hard to “ climb out and in from the sand doom “!!! I took a picture of the bad side of the bed

The carpet in the room was dirty, the walls were dirty, the coffee pot was dusty, and there was molded yogurt in the cafe. Overall, it was not clean.
