“Schöne Anlage, die Einstellung des Eigentümers muss sich ändern”
The newly built apartments look great, as does the freshly renovated courtyard, each unit boasting its own terrace or balcony and two air‑conditioners covering the living and sleeping areas. The warm kitchen served tasty dishes and was well used—kudos to the kitchen staff. The young, new team was helpful and friendly, and the gardener‑surf instructor added humor and kindness. The courtyard offers a pleasant green view, and the public lake was available for those who wanted it; “Camp” sits by the lake, with a nice nighttime ambience thanks to lighting. Dogs are welcome for an extra 80 zl per night, and towels can be bought for 5 zl each. However, we were heavily insulted via WhatsApp, so here’s the concise version: the front courtyard was still uneven because construction was ongoing. On a business trip, we had pre‑arranged room layouts that were ignored, forcing us to sort it out later, which annoyed the blonde lady and was noticeable to us as guests. Only one towel was provided for the whole stay; any extra cost 5 zl, but the towel was grassy and not absorbent. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to pool quickly, which I had to fix myself. Terrace lighting didn’t work. One person booked, one bed made up. A guest reported a cracked coffee cup that leaked. The pool was included, yet they tried to charge us for it on the penultimate day, and children aged 8 and 11 were billed at full adult price. Throughout the stay we never received the fourth towel for the father, so four people shared three towels. Despite repeatedly asking the blonde lady—who typed wildly on her phone with an English translator—no extra towels were given, even after extending the reservation by a day. A room change was offered but still no towels. The duvet was very thin; I used two in the first night and then it was acceptable.
