The essentials were there for a night, but it doesn’t justify the full price (about 120 €) nor even the discounted price (about 90 €); 80 € would be fair considering there’s no floor mat in the bathroom, only basic soap, and breakfast in a large anonymous hall with a fake buffet.

The staff were kind, the à la carte breakfast was of excellent quality, but the economy double room was far too small, and it lacked a bedside table and a power outlet on the side of the bed.

The staff were extremely kind and the pool, though it looks small, is very comfortable.

The decor features beautiful stone and woodwork, the bathroom reminds me of designer Ettore Sotrsass, there’s a swimming pool (though I didn’t have time to use it), and the staff are very nice, but there’s no breakfast buffet and you have to order every item from the menu.
