The check‑in was fine, though a bit early, and the cable was already set up and ready to use. The bed was great, even though there were some light black streaks. Breakfast was good and generous. However, the bathroom had a bad odor, the cable wasn’t clean enough, and the sheet had light black streaks.

The walls didn’t keep sound in, so I could hear the neighbor chatting, and the air‑conditioning struggled to cool the room while the towels looked worn, but the rest was acceptable.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel, particularly with the spacious room that offered a stunning view of Medan. The lack of outside noise was also a welcome surprise, allowing me to relax in peace. But what really stole the show was the exceptional Medan cuisine served at the hotel's restaurant - I didn't need to venture out in search of good food. Overall, my stay was nothing short of perfect.

The hotel's location was one of its strongest points, making it easy to get around. However, my stay was marred by a minor issue with the toilet flush handle, which started leaking after each flush.
