The place is amazing—super clean, very comfortable, great location, and lovely staff! Unlimited free coffee, matcha, and hot chocolate are available 24/7, there’s a small onsen on the second floor that’s free and open until 1 AM, all main attractions are within a 30‑minute walk or a 5‑10 minute bus ride, and I highly recommend it.

The hotel is well situated, the staff attentive, the room spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and the bed very comfortable; having an onsen and laundry facilities is a real bonus for a good stay, the lobby is nicely arranged and relaxing at the end of the day, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The hotel’s location is great and the staff are very courteous; the room is spacious for a Japanese stay and comes with a shower instead of a tub, but I expected complimentary bottled water in a four‑star property and the sweet breakfast options were insufficient.
