The rooms were spacious and reasonably clean, the staff were friendly, and the on‑site restaurant served tasty fish and prawns for dinner; the breakfast was basic but acceptable, and the dosas were freshly made at the table. However, the AC remote in one of the two rooms didn’t work, and it was late at night when the mistake was discovered and the remote turned out to belong to a different room. The receptionist was helpful, but there was no manager on duty and the maintenance shift had already ended. A tissue box was missing from our room, which is a basic requirement for any category. The overhead shower had no pressure and the hot water was just trickling, but the handheld shower worked fine and we managed without much trouble.
